Advise:
- set a grassroots fablab up with friends
- work disagreement out as they come
- work on equal basis; no head, no salaries?
- find a free or cheap space
- don't wait for funding
- do it anyway & DIY
- Do it open source
- Manage expectations from visitors
- don't finish a detailed plan
- don't wait for society to change but start small yourself changing your world
- don't organize discuss value instead; chaos is your friend
